Parker founded WIP Computer in March 2026 to build the missing operating layer for AI agents: memory that travels between platforms, identity that survives model changes, and tools that keep humans in control as AIs collaborate, build, spend, and act across systems.

- Kaleidoscope - The first user-facing expression of WIP Computer's operating layer for AI: memory, permissions, identity, secure access, payments, and coordination across every connected AI.
- LDM OS - Learning Dreaming Machines Operating System. WIP Computer's operating layer for AI. A userland where Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, and other AIs share memory, permissions, tools, and coordination instead of becoming isolated universes.
- Memory Crystal - Portable memory for AIs. Persists across sessions, harnesses, and models. Encrypted, locally controlled, cryptographically provenanced. Yours, not the platform's.
- Sapien ID - Phone-rooted identity. The phone proves the human. The human authorizes the AI.
- Remote Control - Your AIs anywhere. One secure remote for every AI you run. Any vendor, any runtime, any device, including models you run yourself on your machine or server.
- Bridge - Cross-harness coordination. Your AIs talk to each other through a neutral, secure protocol instead of being locked inside vendor-specific APIs.
Around that core, WIP Computer also develops Dream Weaver for memory consolidation and Agent Pay for human-authorized AI spending.
AI Research & Independent Development (2023-2026)
From 2023 to 2026, Parker stepped out of full-time roles to learn modern AI from the inside, building practical systems across computer vision, speech, agent memory, trust, transcription, local-first tooling, and AI-assisted software development. The projects were not a product line, but a deliberate study of how these systems work, where they break, and what they need to be trustworthy. That period became the foundation for WIP Computer.
During that time, Parker developed:
- Grok TUI Vision MCP - Built at the xAI Hackathon. An MCP server that adds image analysis capabilities to Grok TUI using the Grok Vision API, allowing local image files to be analyzed directly from the terminal interface.
- Simple Web Markdown Viewer - Real-time markdown rendering system for AI-generated documentation.
- Claude Max Access SDK - A Node.js SDK enabling seamless API access for Claude Max Plan users, bridging OAuth limitations with practical authentication workarounds.
- CONSTRUCT - A GitHub template repository for Swift development with AI-powered architecture enforcement, auto-updating CLAUDE.md context, project scripts, and guardrails for MVVM and design-token patterns.
- ERA Protocol - A structured methodology for analyzing AI behavior patterns, detecting when systems simulate trust or steer narratives without transparency.
- Music Wizard - An AI music-discovery system. A user could send a post containing album covers, and the system identified the records using YOLOv8 segmentation, CLIP embeddings, and FAISS similarity search across 3.26 million album cover vectors, then returned metadata and links to MusicBrainz, Discogs, Apple Music, Spotify, and Bandcamp.
- Memory Crystal - Early portable-memory work for cross-LLM interactions that became part of WIP Computer's memory layer, exploring how persistent context can enhance AI agency while preserving user privacy and autonomy.
- Audio-To-Text Transcription - A command-line transcription tool for audio files, using Google Speech Recognition or Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, with chunking, parallel processing, format conversion, saved text or markdown output, and optional Claude Opus 3 post-processing.
- CLVR - A macOS utility that automatically renames duplicated files with timestamps, available as a macOS app and shell-script workflow, with menu bar controls, selectable timestamp formats, and local-only file monitoring.
- OpenTTS TensorFlowTTS Integration - An early development library exploring integration between OpenTTS and TensorFlowTTS for customizable speech synthesis, with a simple API for voice selection, speech generation, output formats, caching, and test coverage.
Ledger (2021-2023)
As VP of NFT Products & Services at Ledger from 2021-2023, Parker led the company's genesis NFT strategy and product roadmap. Parker directed all aspects of the platform's development, from creative direction and industrial design to marketing content creation and brand storytelling. Under his leadership, Ledger Market collaborated with RTFKT/Nike, Gucci, and Tag Heuer. His oversight extended to the commission of dozens of artist collaborations, with the Bonjour Lab "CARVED CURRENCIES" project earning recognition at the 2022 European Design Awards.
Apple Music (2014-2021)
Parker spent seven years at Apple, where he helped launch Apple Music and Beats 1 while leading Dance & Electronic Artist Relations. He spearheaded the development and launch of Apple Music's DJ Mix platform, creating industry-first technological solutions that allowed for identification and direct payment to rights holders within DJ mixes. Additionally, he co-created a groundbreaking fund sponsored by Apple to compensate DJs, clubs, festivals, promoters, curators, and independent compilation labels when their DJ Mixes are streamed.
In its first year, the platform generated over 200 million streams across 700+ DJ mixes and featured prominent artists in the dance and electronic music scene. Notably, the platform's first release, Marshmello's "Fortnite Extended Set" (DJ Mix), became the #1 charting Dance/Electronic Album of 2019 and won the 2020 Billboard Award for Best Dance and Electronic album of the year.
Beats Music & Topspin Media (2010-2014)
Before joining Apple, Parker was the Director of Artist Integrations at Beats Music, overseeing the design, development, and release of a pioneering integrated fan-club ticketing app within the service. Additionally, as the Vice President of Creative Services and Product Integrations at Topspin Media, he led the integration of Topspin into Beats Music and Spotify, enabling groundbreaking merchandise sales within a DSP: the first such integration in the streaming music industry.
Creative Practice (1993-Present)
Parker's professional product, design and development career is complemented by a lifelong creative practice spanning music production, performance, composition, and visual arts. His ongoing artistic work across multiple disciplines provides him with authentic creator perspectives that directly inform his product innovation, enabling him to bridge the gap between technological possibilities and the practical needs of creative professionals.
